Excellent analysis. One thing you did not consider is how ackward to use Facebook's user interface is (it amazes me how amateurish the design is, considering how much money they have). I get the feeling that Google+ may exploit that by making it easy to use. Also, they could easily copy all the data from Facebook by adding an "import my Facebook profile/posts/friends" button, making it easy to transition. Pablito
